Support Groups for Parents

At Baby Blues Connection the health and mental well-being of parents and their children is our highest priority.

Pandemic Update

We recognize that some parents are ready for in-person group support but some prefer the safety and ease of on-line meetings. We are adapting to the needs of our community and offer a combination of in-person and on-line support.

One does not need to pre-register to attend but if they prefer to talk to the facilitator prior to attending, we can connect you. Please use this contact form to reach us.

We will keep this page updated; it will always reflect our current offerings.
