At Baby Blues Connection the health and mental well-being of parents and their children is our highest priority.

Pandemic Update

Because we are still in a pandemic, our support groups are largely virtual. We will add in person support, as we are able. One does not need to pre-register to attend but if they prefer to talk to the facilitator prior to attending, we can connect you. Please use this contact form to reach us.     Parent Groups

    Our groups are led by trained facilitators and are designed to help and support all birthing people as we learn to handle stress related to becoming parents. We focus on depression, anxiety, birth trauma and more. Non-birthing people are also welcome!

    While we miss seeing your faces in-person and holding your babies, we understand how accommodating virtual support is for parents. We will begin gathering together slowly, as it is safe to do so.

    Tuesday Daytime Group

    Every Tuesday
    12:00 pm – 1:00 pm


    This group is for new parents and parents of multiple children who are experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety and are looking for a caring and non-judgmental environment in which to express themselves freely. We talk about it all and are looking forward to meeting you.

    Wednesday Nighttime Group

    Every Wednesday
    7:00 pm – 8:30 pm


    This group is for parents seeking additional support, especially around juggling working and parenting, while coping with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and stress. No topic is off limits. Everyone is welcome.

    Thursday Daytime Group

    Every Thursday
    10:00 am – 11:30 am


    Caring, kind facilitators are here to support you as you process the full range of emotions – depression, anxiety, birth trauma and all the rest. Whatever your experience, we are here for you. If you are looking for support, we would love to meet you!

    Friday Daytime Group

    Every Friday
    12:00 pm – 1:30 pm


    This down-to-earth, welcoming group consists of parents and birthing people who support one another as we journey into parenthood. We talk openly about a wide array of topics with kind, caring facilitators who truly understand how tough it can be. Come, join us. 

    Partner Groups

    Partners need support too. This group is designed to focus on the partner perspective of pregnancy and parenting as well as discussing our own struggles with postpartum depression, anxiety, and stress.

    The first Sunday of the month
    12:30 pm – 2:00 pm


    Are you realizing that parenthood isn’t quite what you expected? Need some tools to help get you through the rough spots? Wonder what’s up with this baby, and your partner? This is the group for you. We offer a casual environment where you can talk freely and ask questions — the real questions — and get answers.

    Join these easy-going facilitators as we figure out how to tend to ourselves, our partners and these tiny humans we love.
