Building a Resilient Response During Traumatic Times
Join us for an opportunity to learn about how trauma impacts us and think about ways to improve our resiliency.
In this presentation facilitated by Margot Strauhull, we will learn about several ways that trauma impacts us and our functioning. We’ll look at trauma through the lens of neuroscience and the polyvagal theory. This is an opportunity for people to consider their various coping mechanisms and how they may be able to bolster resiliency and connect with their inner strength.
