BBC Support Groups
We currently offer support groups in the Portland-Metro area of Oregon, but we will be happy to help you find a group in your area. All of our groups are free of charge and confidential.
New Moms Groups
Our New Moms groups are designed to help pregnant women and women with children under the age of 1 year. You may bring your infant with you to group sessions, and breastfeeding is welcomed.

After-Care Groups
Our Aftercare Groups are right for you if you: have a child older than 12 months, would like continuing support after ‘graduating’ from new mom group, or if you’re pregnant again after recovering from a postpartum mood disorder.
