Dr. Adriana zcarate-Ferbel studied Naturopathic Medicine and graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine, Portland, Oregon in 2004. She is a survivor of Postpartum Depression and became interested in PPD treatments, focusing on the physiological changes mothers go through and how to address those changes in a non-invasive, natural way as a supplement to counseling.

We will learn breathing exercises Ways of changing thoughts
and Making a calming kit

If you can bring: Photo of a favorite place or a picture in a time you felt really good, favorite essential oil, poem that you like, pen and paper.
