BBC Support Groups

We currently offer support groups in the Portland-Metro area of Oregon, but we will be happy to help you find a group in your area. All of our groups are free of charge and confidential.

New Moms Groups

Our New Moms groups are designed to help pregnant women and women with children under the age of 1 year.  You may bring your infant with you to group sessions, and breastfeeding is welcomed.

• SE Portland New Mom's Group
  Meets every Thursday 7:15pm to 9pm

• SW Portland New Mom's Group
  Meets every Friday 10am to 12pm
  Please call for location information.
   
• Vancouver New Mom's Group
  Meets every Friday 2:30pm to 4:00pm
  Please call for location information.
  
  
• Newberg New Mom's Group
  Meets every Tuesday 10:15am to 11:45am
  Please call for location information.
  
  
• Gresham New Mom's Group
  Meets every Monday 10:00am to 12:00pm
  Older children invited

After-Care Groups

Our Aftercare Groups are right for you if you: have a child older than 12 months, would like continuing support after 'graduating' from new mom group, or if you're pregnant again after recovering from a postpartum mood disorder.
