best about BBC is that we are a grassroots organization that
is run by committed volunteers supporting, promoting, and
developing community awareness of PPD/A.
Brittani Berg
Brittani has a daughter age
2. She first heard of BBC from a Lactation RN at Salmon
Creek Hospital. When her daughter was 3 months old she began
experiencing PPD. She called BBC and began attending the BBC
NE Portland support group. For Brittani, the most important
aspect of BBC is letting women know that there are other
people out there. No one is alone, someone is there for you
at BBC to listen and provide resources.

with what BBC had to offer and the caring people that make
up its volunteers.

with phone support. For Kim, the most important aspect of
Baby Blue's Connection is being able to call and relate to

mood disorder, you feel very alone. BBC helped Kim feel less
isolated and helped her to connect with others and deal with
her issues in a healthy way.
